We had high expectations for summer 2021. Just a couple of kids living a lifelong dream galivanting around Europe with baby boy in tow (baby boy was a new addition to the dream).
The powers that be had different plans though. Dark ones. Sinister ones. Ones that included rain.
But we were young, and determined. Every time the sun pierced through the deep clouds we were on the streets in minutes. Catching trains, rushing to the mountains.
